Where To Get Golden Order Seal In Elden Ring

In Elden Ring, hybrid character builds that combine Intelligence and Faith require specialized casting tools to maximize their offensive potential. The Golden Order Seal stands out as one of the premier Sacred Seals for this exact playstyle. Players seeking to unleash devastating fundamentalist incantations often wonder where to acquire this powerful weapon during their journey across the Lands Between.

Location of the Golden Order Seal

To locate the Golden Order Seal, players must travel to the Capital Outskirts region situated in the Altus Plateau. The seal is found inside the Minor Erdtree Church, which rests between the outer ramparts surrounding Leyndell, Royal Capital. Once you enter the church, you can collect the item directly from a corpse sitting near the Site of Grace.

Navigating to the Minor Erdtree Church

Reaching the church requires entering the Altus Plateau via the Grand Lift of Dectus or through the precipice dungeon route. From the Outer Wall Phantom Tree Site of Grace, travel southeast along the main road toward the inner walls. Bypass any hostile enemies or Tree Sentinels along the path to safely reach the structure.

Scaling and Combat Advantages

The Golden Order Seal scales equally well with both Intelligence and Faith, making it unique compared to standard faith-based seals. It provides a passive 10% damage boost to all Golden Order Fundamentalist incantations, such as Radagon's Rings of Light and Discus of Light. Players investing heavily into both mental attributes will find its overall incantation scaling rivals the strongest late-game options.

Upgrades and Performance Tips

Upgrading the Golden Order Seal requires Somber Smithing Stones, allowing it to quickly reach maximum effectiveness. However, hybrid casters should note that weapon buff spells only utilize the Faith portion of the seal's scaling calculations. Balancing your attribute points evenly ensures you get the highest possible damage output for direct offensive spells.
